Not So Grand Winners

All the hoopla about the P250 million prize got me looking at the history of the Lotto site. Here we had almost two dozen people who thought they were going home each going home with four million pesos, but because of the common-ness of the numbers they picked (look at all those "lucky" sevens and nines!) they actually got P226 thousand per winner.
