It's easy enough to ensure cheering audience for student games. Why is it so difficult for the faculty/staff sportsfest?Is it because the groupings do not reflect our work relationships? Would it be better as college faculty vs IS faculty vs staff vs administrators? Would the team spirit heighten or worsen?
