The hot water valve of the dispenser near the engineering faculty room was sealed off yesterday. Why? Because some Integrated School students playing in the table tennis room beside it got scalded? Because it was costing more electricity to keep the water hot and cold when most of the people just use the cold water? So where are we supposed to get hot water now? All the way in the west wing? Two floors down in the IS faculty room?

Inconvenience For Some Is Alright?
