There are people who are in love with titles and formality (which is a reason why secret societies like in the movie The Skulls exist) but only on their own terms. What makes this so sad is that after they have gotten themselves into the public positions that they want, they lose all this sense of process, and manipulate the need for informal (or under the table) talks to push their own agenda.Either everybody has to fall in line all the time or no one has to.
