I finally got to watch Ultraviolet last night. Maybe I shouldn't have, but at least it's off my video backlog.It was trying to be Aeon Flux, Underworld, Resident Evil and Equilibrium all at the same time, which isn't surprising since the people involved here are the same people who came from those projects.
There were also some cool 300 like lines, such as one about killing 700 soldiers, but for the most part, it wasn't shown, which was a cop-out.
You have one girl with a virus sometimes called a vampire with superhuman reflexes who fights ordinary humans, and we're supposed to take it for granted so much that we'll just watch the other movies where it's shown, and you skip through it here instead.
Bad, very bad.
